    In the event of a fault or damage in the product, please contact us to organise a replacement. In the event we are unable to provide an exchange or replacement, we will provide a refund of the purchase amount excluding freight and postage.

  • Are my seal numbers traceable?

    All security seals dispatched to you from Seals HQ are recorded securely for full traceability. Seal numbers are unique for each customer. Serial numbers are kept in our records for seven years.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    Minimum order quantities are published in our online store and differ for each type of security seal.
